Target Independence Day Celebration 2013 with Oakland East Bay Symphony

Save the date for our 5th Annual Target Independence Day Celebration featuring the Oakland East Bay Symphony and fireworks.


5PM The wharf area and parking (general and premium available) open
6.30PM Doors to Craneway open and Live Music begins
8PM Oakland East Bay Symphony performs
9.15PM Fireworks

The live music line up begins at 6:30pm , featuring performances by local artists. At 8 p.m. the Oakland East Bay Symphony,,  conducted by Music Director Michael Morgan, will begin its set of patriotic, spirited works to celebrate America’s Independence Day. The City of Richmond’s Firework Display will launch over the water just as the Symphony closes its program.

The wharf area and parking (general and premium available) open at 5:00 p.m., and the Craneway Pavilion will open at 6:30 p.m. Seating is limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs.

The Craneway will offer an Independence Day themed concession menu. The adjacent restaurant, The Assemble Restaurant, will feature full-menu dining beginning at 5pm and remain open prior to and during the July 3rd event. Reservations are highly recommended at 510-215-6025. Beer, wine and additional beverages will be available. No outside liquor will be permitted.
